• Under      48 hours: partial fee may apply
• Same‑day      cancellations or no‑shows: non‑refundable

4. Home Access & Liability

Pam will be the only person entering your home during scheduled visits unless otherwise discussed.
If others have access (family, cleaners, maintenance, etc.), Pam’s Purrfect Cat Sitting LLC is not liable for incidents, damages, or missing items.

5. Emergency Care
